Water-Lead Service Line Survey

The City of Wilmington is asking for your help to identify what type of water service line you have in your home by completing the survey below and submitting a photo of your service line. Your water service line will be attached to the meter coming into the house through the wall, then from the meter to the plumbing that goes to the structure. (Examples provided below.) This information will enable us to update our existing records, as part of our efforts to maintain our regulatory compliance with the Ohio EPA and identify future replacement projects for inclusion in our short and long-term capital improvement plans.
