Trip Cancellation Policy

While cancellations are less than ideal, they are occasionally necessary. Cancellations of time requested calls should be made no less than 1 hour prior to the scheduled pick-up time for scheduled calls. Failure to notify our office of cancellations 3 or more times can result in being unable to schedule time requested calls for 30 days. If the office is closed, a voicemail is acceptable for cancellations.
