Report a Streetlight Outage

Street light repairs are made by Miami Valley Lighting. Outages may be reported by phone or online. Please be prepared to provide the following information.

Information to provide

Type of outage

• Light out
• Light cycling, or turning on and off
• Streetlight wire down
• Pole down
• Other maintenance issue. Example: pole or globe leaning

Outage location

• Pole number
  • The pole number is listed on a black and white sign six feet up from the ground
• Street address closest to the pole and zip code
