Portion of S. Mulberry Street Closed for Waterline Replacement
WILMINGTON – The City of Wilmington water crews will be replacing water service lines on S. Mulberry Street on Tuesday, March 25th. While crews are working, there will be a complete closure of S. Mulberry Street. between 200 S. Mulberry Street and the intersection of S. Mulberry Street and W. Truesdell Street. Only local traffic will be permitted to travel through the work zone.
Citizens traveling to residences and businesses north of the closure should approach from the intersection of W. Sugartree St. and S. Mulberry St.
The City of Wilmington asks that all motorists be patient, reduce speed, and exercise added caution when traveling near this work zone. Questions regarding the closure may be made to the Office of the Director of Public Service, (937) 382-6509.
