Powers and Duties
The City Revitalization Grant Committee was established by City Council for the purpose of administrating and allocating the funds collected from the Retained Hotel Lodging Tax. The committee convenes public meetings or hearing to:
- Create/modify application guidelines and policies
- Review, deny, and/or approve applications
- Distribute grant funds
- Report all allocations to council annually
Members
The members of the committee shall be the City Auditor or designee, Executive Director of Clinton County Regional Planning or designee, and the Mayor or designee.
